THE HOUSE
Welcome to The Corner House — a charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath getaway with an additional loft space, perfect for families or groups looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy all the comforts of home with central air, updated appliances, and an in-house washer and dryer to keep your stay comfortable and carefree.
Step outside and rinse off in the spacious outdoor shower — large enough for the whole family — then kick back on one of the two inviting decks, ideal for lounging with a book or a cocktail in hand.
Beyond the cozy interior, you'll love the convenience of being just a short walk from the private community beach, boat basin, playground, and tennis courts. The Point O' Woods community also hosts a variety of fun events throughout the summer, making every stay memorable.

AMENITIES
The Corner House comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient beach side stay. Enjoy two spacious outdoor porches perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside, you’ll find modern appliances including a updated oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and both a coffee maker and a toaster for easy mornings. A washer and dryer make extended stays a breeze, and on cooler nights, the cozy fireplace adds a perfect touch of charm. Dogs are welcome if well behaved, will be charged an extra $150 to bring a pet.
No cats due to owner algery.

Main bedroom: Queen size bed, ensuite half bath with washer and dryer
2nd bedroom: Bunk bed with full size bed on lower and twin on upper, crib
Loft: Queen size bed & fold out xl twin memory foam bed
Living room: One Couch (Pulls out to a queen size bed) & One Love seat (pulls out to be a xl twin)
